We are looking for sensible, mature people with life experience to join us as casual orderlies based at Middlemore Hospital, South Auckland.

This is a casual role and the shifts will be scheduled as and when required.

Our Orderlies support patient care by safely moving patients and items around the hospital at the right time to the right place in a courteous, professional and well-

presented manner which contributes to the effective day-to-day operation of orderly services at Counties Manukau Health.

Due to the nature of the work you must be able to stand and / or walk for extended periods of time. You will be passionate about delivering a quality service and be an excellent communicator.

Previous orderly experience is not essential, but would definitely be an advantage.

  • It is essential that you are;
  • Physically fit and active
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Experienced in Customer Service
  • A minimum qualification at an NCEA.
  • Excellent communicator
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre on 14th November 2018 and the successful candidates are expected to be available to start on the 3rd December or 10th December 2018.
