Your ability to lead and manage a team to develop and apply practical and effective solutions in an environment presenting a diverse range of opportunities will be crucial to making an impact on the business as a conduit between numerous groups of stakeholders and GSS.
As a GSS leader, you will enjoy a high level of engagement with our cargo and passenger functions to align the business objectives of our business partners and financial processing around systems-
related and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. Your background is inplex corporate environments where your analytical ability and CI exposure has helped identify opportunities to increase efficiency, driving our cost andplexity.
You have introduced robust processes informed by the expertise of your direct reports to a financial shared services operation.
With a collaborative approach to people and performance management, you will involve this team in these cross-departmental interactions, increasing their presence in the business and capitalising on strategic development opportunities.
In addition to lifting your leadership capability, this role will provide you the opportunity to foster a broad internal network and make an active contribution to a high performing area of Air New Zealand's financial operations.
