Community Central is a referral gateway, providing one point of contact ensuring a seamless and more visible journey for any patient from referral to service provision, with a focus on customer service and patient experience.

We have an opportunity for a vibrant Patient Service Representative to join one of the largest District Health Boards in Auckland providing quality service to Patients, Whaanau and communities of the Counties Manukau region.

In this role you will work closely as part of the Community Central Team, working alongside a growing team of Service representatives and Clinicians.

Your key role will be to ensure that the patient is at the forefront of service provision. This is a challenging administrative role requiring excellent attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable to an ever changing environment and be able to work to deadlines.

The position is currently based at building 3, 19 Lambie drive Manukau, it is expected that you will be flexible and able to work across all Counties localities as required to meet the demands of the service.

This is a full time position working Monday to Sunday rostered shift, fixed term ending in April 2019.

Essential :

  • NZQA level 2 or equivalent
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Minimum 2 years clerical experience
  • Computer technology and skills
