The role :
Transport all vehicles to, from and within locations safely
Conduct final inspection of all vehicles to ensure readiness for customer rental
Assist customers with inquiries assuring an excellent customer experience
Communicate to the wider team regarding car availability and vehicle mechanical problems
Required skills and experience :
We are looking for someone who enjoys dealing with customers and is focused on delivering a quality and professional service.
Good interpersonal skills that will allow you to build good relationships with our customers and the wider the team
Effective communication and team player skills essential
Customer service experience would be an added advantage.
Clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence.
This is a casual role with hours as required between Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm
Auckland Airport Location
Full training provided.
