    An opportunity to secure an exciting contract role within one of New Zealand’s largest and most beloved service brands. These guys have been focused on their digital capability for quite some time but are striving to take their capability to the next level particularly in the areas of search and programmatic -

    it’s all about maximizing the performance of their digital channels and optimizing customers path to purchase.

    As a business, they are big on culture and the digital team are no exception, they are a highly supportive bunch who love to have fun!


    Although a maternity leave cover, this role in some respects has a newly created feel to it. As well as working closely with various marketing managers to create and optimise their digital campaigns, you will also focus on standing up an internal programmatic function (with support of a key agency partner!).

    Broadly this role will focus on the following key areas :

    Digital campaign planning

  • providing strategic guidance and advice
  • Programmatic and SEM

  • managing the external agency partner
  • standing up the internal programmatic capability
  • lead the remarketing strategy, in-campaign optimisation and reporting
  • Website personalisation

  • aligning the customer segments with the paid media activity
  • Performance analysis, forecasting and reporting

  • ensuring the digital team is providing campaign reporting in a timely fashion
  • As you can imagine, this role will work closely with internal and external partners to be successful. You’ll be a proficient story teller who thrives on taking people on a journey of success with you.


    This role is a mix of strategy and execution, so would suit a subject matter expert in the field of digital media. You could currently be working for an agency and wanting to dip your toe client side, or currently be sitting internally.

    You’ll have a strong working knowledge of programmatic advertising, paid search as well as web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and be comfortable with website optimisation, A / B testing and SEO.

    Experience with the Adobe suite of products (Adobe Advertising Cloud, Audience Manager, Experience Manager) could be of real benefit.

    A natural account manager, you will be adept at building and maintaining relationships. Happy to challenge the status quo you’ll balance this with exceptionally communication and rapport building experience.
