Goldmark Jewellers 2IC required
We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate 2IC for our Goldmark Albany store. Working Sunday to Thursday, 35 - 40 hours.
We work with our teams, guiding them towards success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service.
Don't have jewellery experience? No problem! We will provide you with training.
The Role :
Support the manager in running our successful Albany store.
Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target
Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude
Support team and guide them. Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
Focus on attention to detail, diligence and maximising efficiency and time
About you :
You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a real "people" person
You will be professionally presented, well-spoken and experienced in retail sales (it's a real "plus" if you have any staff supervision experience)
Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries
Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store
Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising and displays and other activities
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Must haves :
Excellent English language skills
New Zealand citizenship / residency or current NZ work permit
Previous retail sales experience
High level of personal presentation
