Our National office based in Penrose is looking for a customer service superstar to take up a really great opportunity within our Trade Engagement and Loyalty team.
You will be the third member of this team and we want for you to take ownership of our Loyalty Programme. This will include a large number of building trade customers, group home builders, and any other customer a branch may wishes to add to the loyalty programme.
To succeed in this role, your verbal and written communication skills will be top notch! And you will be someone who is always thinking about making a positive impression on our customers.
Perhaps that’s your friendly way of answering the phone, the way you listen to their query and come up with an answer, or the way you respond to emails which leaves them feeling well cared for! You will be someone with an exceptional phone manner as this is a desk-
based job which will see you juggling an inbox and calls. You will have great time management skills you will be able to comfortably juggle and reassess priorities.
This is a job where your well thought-out plan from the start of the day may go out the window by 10am and you have to come up with a new one! So we need to know you can handle that sort of scenario without becoming flustered.
We believe this role will suit someone who has worked in an environment where you will have had a lot coming at you one time and you’ve had to come up with a good process / system to manage yourself and keep things on track of things.
Needless to say, we are looking for someone who has worked in a customer service role and you know that if we asked your manager for feedback, they’d have glowing things to say about you.
Maybe you are working in a call centre at the moment? Maybe you are working on a front counter but wanting to use your experience in a different way?
This role will provide you with an opportunity to take full ownership of this space. Do you think there is a better way to do things?
