Permanent Part time (64 hours per fortnight) We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our community health services in Howick.
Our Community Health Services are embarking on an exciting phase of transformational change that includes implementing interdisciplinary and integrated approaches to patient and family care.
The service currently operates from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Ideally you will have previous community experience and preferably hold EMS equipment and / or housing modification accreditation.
However, there can be on the job training. Our preferred candidate will be a self-starter, have the ability to problem solve, be an effective communicator, work well in a multidisciplinary team and value the opportunity to practice with patients and families in the home and community settings.
