Design and implement Resilience Framework
Our client is a long established, market leading organisation with an aspirational strategic plan. Currently in an exciting phase of transition and change, they have implemented a clear and ambitious road map that will position the group as a global leader and industry innovator.
The Organisational Risk Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the Chief Risk Officer in designing, implementing and managing the group’s Organisational Resilience Framework.
Additionally, the role is responsible for supporting the Risk Management team in managing the group’s risk management framework, liaising with the relevant risk owners and reporting on risk to all levels of management.
Responsibilities include :
Facilitating the design and establishment of a new Organisational Resilience Policy & Framework.
Facilitating a regular prioritisation and review process to ensure a risk-based approach to resilience plans
Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate integration of the components of the organisational resilience framework
Liaising with all levels of management to ensure the appropriate business continuity plans are in place, appropriate, up to date and tested.
Promoting organisational resilience and risk management best practice across the group through workshops, walkthroughs, education and awareness.
Key Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience and expertise in the application of business resilience, risk identification and assessment techniques.
Experience in the selection and application of business continuity and crisis management training and testing.
Ability to provide sound organisational resilience and risk management advice to senior stakeholders
Ability to accurately and appropriately analyse business impact assessment data to advice on business continuity requirements.
Ability to provide and present high quality risk reports.
