    The role :

    In this role you will focusing on supporting several newly acquired clients, ensuring they are fully adopting a new technology rollout.

    This will include education & training, adoption of new process's / methodologies, and ensuring that customer satisfaction is high.

    The fit :

  • We need an engaging Change Manager who has a broad knowledge base across Microsoft technologies, ideally Dynamics, 365 and Field Services.
  • Technically savvy with great people skills
  • Ability to work-shop with non-technical customers, putting yourself in someone else's shoes
  • You have the right personal attributes to be successful in a Change Management role; Communication, organised, EQ, customer engagement skills
  • Prosci certification is advantageous
  • Comfortable with semi frequent travel around the lower north island
