The role :
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy and fast-paced environment. Working within a fantastic team of credit controllers you will responsible for investigating and communicating with both internal and external customers regarding overdue and disputed accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
Undertake the reconciliation of customer accounts in dispute
Negotiating / maintaining payment arrangements
Firm and professional routine requests for payment
Calling and tracing customers
Resolve or appropriately escalate disputes with customers regarding outstanding debt
Continually seek opportunities to improve current processes, procedures and knowledge to reduce delinquency rates
Desired skills and experience
Experience in credit control
Strong PC skills
Ability to think outside the square and be able to think fast on your feet
Customer service focus
Flair for investigation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to self-manage daily work flows and tasks
