In this position, you will be responsible for administering the security contract and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
You will act as an associate company liaison with client, law enforcement agencies, customers, and employees. In addition, you will be responsible for providing management oversight and driving operational accountability through effective change management and leadership development processes.
This position is also the primary point of contact for Human Resources functions involving company employees.

Role Responsibility :
Specific Duties and Essential Functions
Associate liaison between company and client senior management
General Operations management; review post orders and make recommendations to corporate security when updates should be considered;
review daily log reports and provide pass downs as required; responsible for officers meeting company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures including worldwide business standards
General Human Resources management; including selection and placement, performance reviews, attendance management, conflict resolution;
scheduling, and payroll
Review and administrate access control systems, alarm systems, open / close reports, compile exception reports and forward to appropriate security manager / operations manager for review
Provide monthly report to the facilities and corporate security organizations detailing all pertinent activities that have occurred in the previous month concerning any security and safety issues
Administer G4S Safety Program; semi-annually review and revise the security Emergency Response plan
Conduct and document monthly testing of security systems; follow through on any corrections / maintenance issues
The Ideal Candidate :
Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable state or federal licensing requirements
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years security, safety, and / or law enforcement experience in a supervisory or management capacity
Work history to include demonstrated knowledge of security and safety inspections and electronic security systems
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Effective oral and written communication skills

Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Environment : Field; minimal to moderate work in extreme temperatures is expected
