  • We have a fantastic opportunity for an L&OD Manager to join this successful Learning and Organisational Development team;

    About the role : The primary function of the role will be partnering with the HR and Business Unit leaders to identify, analyse, implement, and evaluate L&OD and learning solutions that improve business performance, employee capability, talent management, and engagement.

    The L&OD Manager will provide key focus on engagement, learning and OD activities that positively influence key business metrics.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business, learning and OD needs and requirements and develop a plan that is aligned to BU strategy and HR plan.
  • Work with the Learning Academy team to identify business unit capability requirements to support proactive planning and programme development.
  • Update senior leadership teams on identified key organisational issues that have emerged following learning initiatives.
  • Ensure leaders have the necessary tools and capability to drive engagement actions plans across BU’s that are aligned to incremental improvements.
  • Internal marketing, promotion and communication of Learning Academy curriculum and services.
  • Ensure that all direct reports share a common and energetic vision for the organisation and understand their contribution to the goals and vision of the department
  • About you : It is likely you will have 8 10 years’ experience in learning and development and or OD. Demonstrated experience in managing and developing client relationships.

    Excellent interpersonal skills including strategic partnering, influencing, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.

    Along with your demonstrated ability to deliver key projects within complex business environments, you will be passionate about ensuring that what you deliver helps the business achieve their objectives.
