About the role : The primary function of the role will be partnering with the HR and Business Unit leaders to identify, analyse, implement, and evaluate L&OD and learning solutions that improve business performance, employee capability, talent management, and engagement.
The L&OD Manager will provide key focus on engagement, learning and OD activities that positively influence key business metrics.
About you : It is likely you will have 8 10 years’ experience in learning and development and or OD. Demonstrated experience in managing and developing client relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills including strategic partnering, influencing, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.
Along with your demonstrated ability to deliver key projects within complex business environments, you will be passionate about ensuring that what you deliver helps the business achieve their objectives.
