  • We are looking for a to lead our team of Customer Service Engineers in sunny Nelson. This role will have managerial responsibility for our team of service support personnel as well as spending time out with our customers maintaining Fuji Xerox products to high performance standards and ensuring that all of our clients are receiving top quality service.

    As the leader of this team you will be the immediate point of contact for any customer queries, queries from sales staff with regards to support or issues as well as technical queries from our engineers.

    You'll display wonderful communication skills, and actively work with other leaders to promote teamwork, employee development and job satisfaction within our teams.

    You will also be responsible for undertaking service calls and preventative maintenance as needed.

  • The successful candidate for this role will display;
  • Strong business understanding
  • Outstanding customer and employee relationship skills
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service Engineer role
  • A valid Electrical Practicing Licence
  • An analytical approach to problem solving
