  • The Role

    A fantastic opportunity exists for a focused and energetic self-starter to join our Auckland office as a Supervisor - High Risk Work .

    Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for coordinating planned high risk work activities such as meth, asbestos, mould and fire decontamination and reinstatement.

    The role involves project planning, work scheduling and on site supervision and coaching of contractors for the delivery of works on time, whilst ensuring high quality service outcomes are achieved in a cost effective and safe manner to our customers.

    Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience and a track record in Project Managing / Supervising construction or maintenance projects
  • A building trade background with supervisor's license
  • A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
  • A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Good numerical ability, PC literacy and excellent presentation skills
  • Health & safety related qualifications and Health & safety coordination management experience
