Unichem Wellington Central Pharmacy are looking for a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join the team. Our team in store have a work hard play hard attitude, so are looking for somebody who is a team player, willing to work for results and always on top of their game.
This position is ideal if you are also looking to work your way up into a potential Retail Manager Trainee or Retail Manager Role.
We also have learning modules online available that help our team keep learn about the products and brands that we have in store.
Everybody has the chance to work towards NZQA Level 3 Certificate in Retail.
The primary objectives of the role are to ensure that all customers receive friendly, professional, efficient and caring service at all times.
Retail Pharmacy Assistants provide product knowledge, general housekeeping, merchandising, stock maintenance and ensure store standards are kept to the highest degree.
Equally important is stepping in to support your team members when they need your help.
We have on offer a permanent part time position, rostered between 15 to 20 hours across two to three days from Monday to Sunday.
This may include late nights and weekend days.
We are also looking for people to join our casual pool to work on an on call basis.
