In the role of Programme Facilitator you can have a direct impact on making our communities safer. Our Programme Facilitators work with offenders, delivering a range of programmes in the community and prison environments, and work together to help offenders to understand and address the cause of their offending, motivating them to make lasting changes.

Our Programme Facilitators come from different backgrounds, cultures, education and experience but they all share the ability to motivate others to make positive change in their lives.
