We have fantastic fixed term opportunities for Level 1 Capability and Outcomes Specialists to join our Centralised Operations team, working in the Real Time contact management environment.
The fixed term is to the end of 2019.
The team is responsible for overseeing the real-time operational aspect of the voice, IVR and SMS channels. This is a fast paced and responsive work environment, which relies on effective decision making and strong stakeholder management skills.

Please note the contracted hours of work will be rostered between 7 : 30am 8 : 15pm Monday Friday, and 8 : 30am 1 : 15pm Saturday.
