P&P Advisor - Hamilton 6 month contract

We are seeking applications for a People & Performance Advisor (HR) fixed term for 6 months with a 30 hour per week requirement.
We are flexible on the times the right person will be onsite and in return ask for flexibility in your availability on needs as they arise.
Culture management, development and team dynamics will be a prime focus.
It's all about not only getting the right people on board, but truly looking after the talent we have and their needs.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will assist the success of this challenging role and your previous success track record in people management from an HR point of view is a must.
