  • Do you have a weight loss story to tell?
  • Are you ready to help people change their lives?
  • Work as part of an incredible team of Coaches
  • Our group coaching meetings are a welcoming space where our members are guided by our expert coaches. It provides them with a supportive social setting where they can share and learn from other members on the same journey.

    Our vision at Weight Watchers is to change people’s relationship with food for good. As a Coach you will be an integral part in driving our vision by coaching and supporting our Members on their Weight loss journey.

    We might be biased as we think the Coach role is one of those special rewarding roles, but don’t take our word for it, hear firsthand what our New Zealand Coach Charlene has to say!

    As a Coach you are ultimately responsible for coaching and supporting our Members on their weight loss journey using the methods and tools contained in the Weight Watchers program.

    You will achieve this by being part of the delivery and facilitation of a variety of Weight Watchers services (including Group Coaching and Individual Coaching), demonstrating exceptional customer service and sales techniques at all times.

  • In your role as a Coach you will;
  • Work with the Member Assistant to set up the meeting room
  • Greet members on their arrival and provide support as needed
  • Facilitate the group coaching session with a high level of member interaction
  • Finalise the paperwork and meeting
  • Work with the Member Assistant to pack up the meeting room
  • Undertake 1 on 1 coaching in certain locations
  • Undertake some administrative tasks (stock management, banking etc.)
  • Most importantly, to be a Coach at Weight Watchers, you will need to have had a successful and inspiring weight loss journey (Weight Watchers preferably), you must bring a positive attitude, and have a captivating passion for nutrition and lifestyle.

    Importantly, you will need to have access to a computer and internet, the ability to store stock at home, hold a current drivers licence and have access to a vehicle to take stock to and from meeting locations.

    You will also need to be able to undertake manual handling including moving products and setting out chairs and tables.

    We’ll be honest; this role isn’t for everybody, whilst you will be provided with all of the tools and support needed to be a successful Coach, as our Coaches are geographically spread, you should be comfortable with a remote style of management from your Area Manager and therefore you’ll need to maintain a level of independence and be solutions oriented.
