We are currently looking for a Checkout / Customer Service Managerto head our Checkout Department. Thesuccessful candidate will ensure that customers receive excellent service whilstmanaging expenses and the department team.
Tasksinclude but not limited to promoting and encouraging best practice’ levels ofcustomer service; effectively resolving all customer-
ensuring food safetyand health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Successfulcandidates must have at least five years of Checkout supermarket workexperience. Managerial work experienceis required.
Completion of related tertiaryqualification an advantage.
Successfulcandidates will display excellent management, leadership and people skills; excellent communication skills, highpresentation standards, honesty, exceptional customer service and an excellentwork ethic.
We need someone who can and willing to work as late as 10PM and asearly as 630AM and on weekend. Full roster will be discussed during interview.
Hence, own transport is essential.
