About the role :
As the Planning & Transformation Manager, you will have the opportunity to :
Increase the value derived from ANZ's data through improved business intelligence and customer engagement contact programmes.
Increase the ability of the Analytics team to provide the business with actionable insights and business performance reporting to support data-driven decisions.
Deliver increased productivity through automation, deployment of tools and improved processes.
Increase the ability of the bank to use data to communicate with customers in compelling ways, improving customer experience.
Partner with Technology teams in developing capabilities for delivery.
Prepare the business cases and influence stakeholders to drive change.
About you :
To be successful in this role you will bring the following :
Experience in the field of data is required.
Proven experience delivering a data or technology project, change or transformation programme with success, demonstrating strong project management skills.
The ability to translate complex and technical concepts and to write compelling business cases for senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, collaboration and relationship building skills.
Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
