At Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), our key role is to ensure New Zealanders have accurate information about where people and places are, that people have confidence in their property rights and that Crown property is well managed for future generations.
From the best way to develop farm land, build a new suburb, manage a high country farm or navigate on land or at sea, our work and location information help people make better decisions and create economic, social, environmental and cultural value for New Zealand.
LINZ's diversity and behind the scenes role is a communications challenge and an opportunity to tell our story in a creative and engaging way.
Our strategic communications team is looking for a communications account manager who is up to putting LINZ on the map and charting its success.
You will need to be passionate about plain English and finding innovative ways to get LINZ's message across. You will also need to be confident about providing advice to senior people about how best to achieve LINZ's business and communications objectives.
You are likely to have a diverse background in communications and significant experience in the communications profession.
In return, you can expect an interesting and friendly working environment, in which achieving results is rewarded.
This is a fantastic role which will allow you to be involved in challenging and politically visible work that impacts positively on New Zealand's future.
