As the personal assistant to one of the top sales people, you will be managing key relationships, as well as assisting with the marketing for the business.

The Role

The duties include but are not limited to :

  • Supporting the sales person on a day to day basis
  • Fielding customer enquiries
  • Customer service for internal and external clients
  • Developing and maintaining new and existing business
  • Creating marketing campaigns, designing flyers in in-design and updating, internet and advertising
  • Your Profile

  • 2-3 years in an administrative or PA role
  • Experience in Real estate in desired but not essential
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work calmly under time frames
  • Excellent Excel, word and comfortable with dealing with social media.
