This makes for a rewarding and fast-paced work environment. About the role : As Sales Support within our PSG team, you’ll be responsible for delivering quality service to a wide range of customers by working with Vendors and Distributors.

This role is an important link between Sales and Delivery by ensuring that customer demands are handled in a professional manner by providing both pre-

sales and after-sales administrative assistance. Working with both internal and external customers, you’ll prepare quotes and process orders with effective communication and urgency.

About you : The ideal candidate will have one to two years’ experience in an IT procurement or technical sales environment.

You may have a background in an IT help desk or as an engineer keen to move to sales and customer service delivery. You’ll have :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local Vendors and Distributors.
  • Must have good attention to detail organizational ability with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of IT hardware and software products.
  • Experience with ITQuoter and NetSuite would be an advantage.
  • Previous Quote Desk experience would be an advantage.
  • Ability to handle pressure and prioritise during the busy periods.
  • Likes to work in a team and support fellow members.
