The Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation is the autonomous Crown entity responsible for managing and investing the New Zealand Superannuation Fund (NZSF).
Currently a $38 billion sovereign wealth fund, the purpose of the NZSF is to help smooth out the cost of superannuation between today’s taxpayers and future generations.
Investing in people and their development is a key focus for this unique and successful organisation. To support and further innovate, an HR Talent team has been established to drive all aspects of talent acquisition, capability development and succession planning programs and practices.
This newly created HR Talent Coordinator role will support the talent team across a wide range of activities, including talent acquisition, intern and alumni programmes, learning and development initiatives, career pathways and mandatory training.
Reporting to the Head of HR Talent, you will be involved in the design and delivery of courses and sourcing best of breed learning processes globally.
New ideas and an innovative approach are championed in this organisation, so you will have genuine scope to help provide the Guardians with a best in class talent offering.
Your passion for working with people, together with a strong work ethic, high attention to detail and ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders will see you hit the ground running in this role.
Tertiary qualified, you will have some experience in an HR generalist, L&D or OD role and be looking for an opportunity where you can further grow and develop in the talent space.
You enjoy working with technology and can manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder demands with ease. You pride yourself on your ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional and considered judgement in everything that you do.
