You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team in this varied, hands-on role ultimately influencing how consumer offerings are presented and maximised with a strong digital focus in market.
Using data to design, implement and manage multi-channel customer journeys / interactions. This role is responsible to ensure ongoing personalised experiences.
You will typically identify opportunities within the customer base, influence how customers are communicated to, design and build campaigns / work flows / journeys, go to market and then manage and review ongoing.
By creating meaningful insights and deliverables from raw data you will help shape what the company does - you will be comfortable using a wide range of data with customer view impacting digital work.
You will drive the CLM and back it up with insight and analytics. This isn’t an operational role - you will have a great attitude and a good blend of commercial experience to really drive value for the business.
You will thrive working on a challenge in a fast-paced and upbeat environment.
You must have automation tools experience and experience working with large datasets. Whilst marketing experience is a nice to have’ it’s not essential as long as you have a genuine interest in the end consumer.
You will be naturally collaborative and naturally be thinking of the big picture- you will be able to help provide the information people need and supply a framework whilst thinking of the customer and commercial success.
