As our Senior Customer Insights Manager your role is to lead Countdown’s overall customer research programme to support strategic and tactical business decision making, while also helping to drive customer centricity across the organisation.
For you to thrive and lead in this role you will be truly passionate about the customer and our brand, have senior leadership experience (minimum 5 years, preferably >
10 years) in a customer insight role ideally in a large FMCG / Retail context. You need to be someone with deep expertise in qualitative and and quantitative customer research and data analysis, have an analytical mindset, proven ability to build strong relationships and be commercially savvy.
Some of your core responsibilities will be :
Lead Countdown’s overall customer research programme including : brand tracking panels, Voice of Customer programme, ad hoc qualitative and quantitative customer research.
Develop a robust future-oriented roadmap for customer insights
Lead and develop a team of Customer Insights Analysts to support provision of high quality customer insights across the organisation
Advocate consistently for the customer and help to drive customer centricity across the organisation
Understand business unit requirements and ensure that customer insights are appropriately integrated into key business decisions, strategic reviews and analyses
Lead Countdown’s interface into wider Woolworths and other Customer Insights communities
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Countdown’s customer research activity
Manage relationships with relevant third party suppliers
