  • Full sales and product training for all new starters. You will even be given a call script to make it easy when you start!
  • Start and finish early so you can pick up the kids from school or spend more time doing the things you enjoy.
  • Hours : Tuesday to Saturday 5am 1.30pm
  • Great team environment which includes a breakout area with pool table.
  • You’ll be involved in various stages of the customer journey from outbound calling, handling inbound calls and answering emails
  • 12th of June and 26th of June start in Albany
  • Be part of a fun, dynamic and successful team in as a Customer Service Advisor where you will be supporting business customers with their software licenses!

    The role is a combination of outbound calling, handling inbound calls and liaising with customers over the phone.

    This role would suit those who have proven customer service experience whether that is over the phone or face to face.

    You must be confident when talking to people and enjoy building great relationships with customers.

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • A positive and willing attitude
  • Available to work early start and early finish
  • New Zealand Resident or Citizen. If you hold a working holiday visa, you must have at least 6 months remaining on your visa.
