Your focus will be toreceive inbound calls from consumers just like you to support customers toresolve queries and / or advise and influence their decisions about the variousproducts and services our Clients offer.

  • To be successful in this role you will have;
  • Previous inbound contact centre or customer service experience in a commercialenvironment
  • History or understanding of customer service delivery expectations andproviding optimal customer solutions
  • Resilient and tenacious when faced with -customer objections
  • Computer literacy and comfortable with range of systems i.e. CRM, MS Office
  • Can talk on the phone and type concurrently
  • Professional communication skills and excellent command of English comprehension, active, listening, composition and verbally articulate
  • Energy and desire to succeed
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve performance outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a repetitive task role
  • Strong team orientation
