Due to continued growth, this is an exciting time to join our Taranaki based Customer Advocacy team as an Account Services Manager.
You’ll manage and expand existing long-term relationships with identified accounts and build new relationships. You’ll actively work on relationship development and focus on building a strong sales pipeline across Datacom’s Systems products and services.
Overall, we’re looking for someone that can support our customers and make a positive impact.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, who is confident in speaking with C-Level stakeholders, understanding their business goals, and setting out strategic guidelines and tactical plans to ensure Datacom are working to help achieve these goals.
You'll have a track record in building long term highly engaged customer relationships. You will also be experienced in identifying new opportunities and closing deals with energy and ambition.
Experience and / or understanding of IT managed services and software development (including agile) is necessary for this role.
