The role of the Junior Customer Success Manager is to support the Senior Customer Success Management team in providing implementation and Account Management services to our clients.
This involves preparing Diligent Boards sites, dealing with client inquiries, assisting with client Support duties, assisting with scheduling of training calls and other duties as required.
This role is highly client facing with high-end clients, which require superior professionalism and client service.
