Who we are looking for

A proven Field Sales team leader experienced within the consumer goods channels

Must have outstanding people leadership skills, along with negotiation, presentation and influencing skills.

  • Naturally outstanding communications skills in a role like this are key
  • An inclusive team player with exceptional internal and external business relationship management, with initiative and determination to succeed

    Ability to analyse and evaluate data and reports, able to lead performance and lead teams, with great energy and passion for innovation

    Key responsibilities

    Setting the vision and driving that through to results for the NZ field team which includes Territory Mangers and Merchandisers

    Management of third party field sales agency

    Ongoing leadership, Coaching and development of team.

    Play a key role on the NZ leadership team charged with driving the future growth of the business.

    Working with the National Sales Manager and the head of accounts to develop and deliver and outstanding got to market.

    Management of core range and distribution to achieve speed to market within agreed timeline.

    Own the preparation of the field budgets, reports and sales forecasts
