The Failure Analysis Engineer will be responsible to detect failure modes and provide direction to the team in failure analysis.

The job will involve interaction with cross functional teams to communicate product issues and drive root cause. This individual should also be able to provide corrective / preventive recommendations as part of the analysis solution.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute fault isolation of functional and parametric failures to root cause on Enphase products.
  • Document failure isolation methods and techniques and provide supporting theory of operation
  • Document and communicate root cause findings and drive containment / corrective actions.
  • Provide corrective / preventive recommendations as part of the analysis solution
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
  • Ability to read schematics and perform circuit analysis and possess hands on troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in solar inverter or automotive electronics will be an added advantage
  • Excellent judgment, seasoned analytical skills, superior oral and written communication skills and an infectious can-do approach to work
  • Proficiency in standard computing software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
