That's where you come in

We are looking for an Administrator to join the tight-knit Parnell Corporate Services team.

You'll have up to 2 years' experience in a similar environment, with strong written & verbal communication skills. You're excellent at prioritising and making people always feel valued.

You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple (and often competing) priorities and deadlines, and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty -

at times, literally - to ensure the office is kept running at its best.

Please note : this role requires that you have a New Zealand full driver licence, and we can accept applications only from candidates with New Zealand residency or citizenship.

What you'll be doing

  • Working across and supporting the wider Parnell Corporate Services team, no two days will ever be the same for you! Some of your duties will include covering Reception;
  • assisting with the maintenance of our fleet of vehicles; ensuring the office is kept presentable; assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and seminars and facilities requests.
