You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, somekey skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can bea vital part of our kitchen brigade, assisting with the daily food preparationand presentation for our restaurant, bar and room service operations.
You’ll beresponsible for organising kitchen operations and preparing a range of dishes.
Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in a similarrole in a hotel environment, have great communication skills, a proven track record of workingautonomously and a positive approach.
You’ll be a motivated team player withstrong culinary skills and a real passion for food.
