RCR Infrastructure is currently seeking an experienced Customer services professional to join our national administration team in Frankton, Hamilton.
This person will play a key role in ensuring our clients have an excellent customer experience. You will have prior experience in to creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery for planned and reactive maintenance.
Monitor service delivery from service request to completion, tracking the customer work request to ensure that it is compliant with agreed timeframes
Assist to ensure all maintenance rectification works are quoted and completed in a timely manner.
Ensure monthly maintenance is generated at the beginning of the month and is co-ordinated with the supervisor to ensure completion is 100% within that month
Complete all administrative activities for key account customers
Setting up and processing new maintenance contracts as and when required from the team
Collate invoices generated by the P-Card system of purchasing and ensure costs are allocated correctly through the use of spend vision
Service internal and external customer enquires as and when required
Strong focus on customer service and meeting our business needs
Ability to respond to customer queries in an efficient and professional manner
Ability to communicate effectively across both external and internal customers
Capability to work autonomously or as part of our team
Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A basic understanding of finance and business principles
Computer skills with Microsoft Office to an intermediate level
Experience with Pronto is advantageous
