    THE ROLE

    This role in our CBD office requires someone who is well presented, friendly and enthusiastic, possesses an excellent phone manner and an outgoing personality.

    You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to our office. You will also be involved in tasks such as handling couriers, booking and maintaining meeting rooms and car parks, creating postal orders, taking tea / coffee orders, and hosting our clients.

    You will be a great multi-tasker and will demonstrate professionalism at all times.

    To be successful in this role you will need :

  • Ideally 3+ years experience in an office / business environment
  • Excellent communication, a positive attitude and professionalism
  • Basic computer knowledge in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
