We are working with a local business who have an opportunity for a confident, experienced and switched on customer service professional to join their supportive and successful team.

As the first point of call for the business, you’ll love using your exceptional interpersonal skills, proven administration experience and great customer service skills to provide efficient and effective support to clients and consultants.

Responsibilities include managing incoming enquires and maintaining data and client information and a range of general administration tasks.

An important aspect of this role will be providing support to the wider team to ensure no sales opportunities are missed so a proven ability to engage in the sales process would be a benefit and knowledge of the finance sector and loan agreements would be an advantage.

Down to earth and approachable, you’ll know how to communicate effectively and efficiently with a wide range of people and will thrive in a busy and varied environment.

You’ll need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and problem solving skills and to ensure efficient and accurate service you’ll also need strong computer skills.
