About the Role
This role exists to drive growth for Latitude by developing and executing a range of marketing solutions to drive profitable new customer acquisition and customer profitability.
This role must ensure the balance of growth objectives, profit targets, compliant business practices and values leadership.
A number of key responsibilities will include : -
You will present with strong and well-developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead people through the journey of improved customer outcomes.
We are looking for someone with strong commercial acumen who can use customer and data insights to drive effective customer value propositions and campaigns to influence effective business outcomes.
We are looking for candidates possessing a wealth of through-the-line marketing experience, particularly within digital channels and developing strategies to execute acquisition and campaigns.
Ideally you will have garnered experience of MarTech solutions, had exposure in B2B and D2C marketing, and have time-served in the financial services industry.
We are looking for a real go-getter’ in this role, someone that can lead and inspire people to not only do better, but have a real focus on improving the experiences for our customers.
