We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to help run our busy agricultural sales and service centre in Mosgiel, Otago.

JJ's sell and service leading brands including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra, Lely, Welger, Moreni, Farmet, Slurryquip, Ozka and McIntosh.

Established in 1958 JJ Ltd is one of the leading agricultural machinery dealers, with six branches covering the majority of the South Island.

We offer a great environment and friendly staff and need someone who is in short an administration superstar!

To provide the administration backup to help run our busy branch.

Key Responsibilities :

  • General Administrative tasks
  • Liaising with customers, staff, and suppliers
  • Health and Safety administration
  • Record keeping and filing
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in a sole charge situation
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Great organisational and communication skills
  • Initiative and problem solving ability
  • Time management skills
  • Great people skills, phone manner
  • A very competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
