They take data from over 90 sources including social, search, media and econometrics and combine it with client's data to make powerful predictions of the client brand's future.

This role is not a traditional Demand Planner role, but you will be required to fully understand the demand planning function.
The once reliable planning tools are becoming less effective because they are not set up to understand consumer demand behaviour.
The rapidly changing marketplaces pressure on business to hit sales and cash targets while mitigating obsolescence, it's only going to get worse.
You will be working with client forecast data to improve their forecasts by analysing and utilising real-time consumer insights that will make these forecasts more accurate, relevant and powerful.
You will make analytically based recommendations to the clients and support them in the use of this information.
Eventually, this role will evolve into client delivery and require a more consultative approach to deliver superior business planning results for clients.
You have extensive experience in demand planning, but want something more! You will know how to build a forecast and measure accuracy.
You will have experience with large ERP systems, understand their limitations, and have built your own systems to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.
There will also be an element of quality control in everything you do. You will fully understand S&OP, be an outstanding communicator and have built strong relationships through the delivery of demand planning across the business.
You are confident, intuitive and creative on how you can use different tools to support traditional demand planning functions to provide more powerful insights.
Your natural analytical curiosity is supported by confidence and commercial acumen you are not afraid to challenge status quo and make recommendations accordingly.
As this role will evolve into a client facing, consultative role you will be comfortable talking with clients, building relationships and presenting and articulating your insights, analyses and recommendations.
