Bay of Plenty District Health Board Casual positions We have positions available for experienced Health Care Assistants to work within our internal nursing bureau.
These positions are on-call, with no set days or shifts. The role of the Health Care Assistant is to assist the Registered Nurse deliver a high standard of nursing care to patients in hospital.
The position involves working under the direction of nursing teams who are committed to delivering comprehensive quality care to patients.

Applicants must have a Certificate in Health Care Assistance Level 4 (or other relevant qualification), have current experience working as an HCA in a health care setting or in a related health care consumer service and be entitled to work in New Zealand.
