About the Role
Reporting to the GM Human Resources, the Training Officer will be responsible for training across the business and for providing training solutions in our varied operational areas.
The Training Officer will be responsible for arranging and coordinating external training and for ensuring that the internal training is compliant and accurately recorded, tracked and implemented.
The Training Officer will know how to seek out and fill training gaps within the business and also be responsible for ensuring that training is in line with budget.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Training Officer is also be responsible for managing a database of suitably qualified assessors, trainers and coaches in each of our regions.
This position would ideally suit a tertiary qualified individual who has experience in training within organisations and also be very familiar with NZQA.
