About the Role

Reside Care Homes operates a home based in Christchurch, Dorset. The staff within our home specialize in providing care and support for individuals with varying degrees of dementia and providing them with a home away from home’ environment.
This role will involve ensuring that resident’s needs are met and catered to at all times, assisting the Senior Care Team with the smooth running of the home.
There is also a great opportunity to progress into a Senior Night Care position.
You will deliver a fantastic service that meets the physical, social and emotional needs of each individual resident. Some key duties will include :
This role would suit someone who can be patient, understanding and caring, and someone who can accept and learn about how to care for people in the various stages of Dementia.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop their career and has a real passion and enthusiasm for working within the Care sector.
You must be a kind and passionate individual, who really has a strong sense of empathy and consideration for not only residents but other staff members with the same ethos.
For this role you must already hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 in Adult Care or equivalent (dependant on eligibility we can help you with this!).
You must be prepared to undertake career development and progression and be open to undertaking relevant tasks / courses to help you achieve this.
Full training will be provided upon successful appointment.
