Using your effective communication skills you will ensure that all key stakeholders are across the detail and supportive of the changes.
With previous Process Design, communications and change experience, you will prioritise care initiatives, ensure service levels are maintained and strive towards creating a good experience for our agents.
With demonstrable experience in delivering excellent service outcomes and embedding change in complex environments, you will proactively seek process design improvements and deliver a values-
aligned and improved end-customer experience by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives.
