The Governance, Stakeholders and Communications group leads effective Transport Agency governance, stakeholder engagement and communications so that the Transport Agency is well supported to achieve its goals -
ensuring good organisational storytelling, engagement, governance and reputation management.
The purpose of the Senior Advisor role is to help connect people with the Transport Agency and champion our reputation through best practice engagement and communications.
You'll offer advice and provide communications planning and delivery for a range of projects and programmes across our organisation so that the Transport Agency is well supported to achieve its goals.
You will be working on a programme to deliver great transport outcomes as part of a significant package of investment in regional economic development in Northland.
This role will be based from our Whangarei office and will travel and spend time in various locations around Northland.
You will bring your community engagement experience to work with a variety of stakeholders, iwi and communities across the development phase of a number of Northland projects.
You will have a collaborative approach to your work and be able to put our customers at the heart of what you do. You will be passionate about Northland and helping in the development of great transport infrastructure to unlock the region's economic potential and connect its people to essential services, jobs, education and whanau.
