NASC Hawke’s Bay is responsible for providing needs assessment and service coordination services throughout Hawke's Bay.
We are seeking a registered clinician who shares our organisational values to join our dedicated team of professionals to ensure a high quality, efficient and effective service.
The referral coordinator has a key role in screening and allocating all referrals to NASC Hawke's Bay and is mostly office based.
You will be working with a team of experienced clinicians in a supportive setting, contributing to the health and wellbeing of the health and disability population of Hawke's Bay.
Liaison with people, their family / whanau and the wider health and disability sectors including Maori health, primary care, government and other support agencies and care providers is an integral aspect of this role.

The ideal person for this position will have :
Current practicing certificate
Excellent creative problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated high degree of writing skills
Excellent computer literacy skills
Values and behaviours aligned with our organistion
Current full, unendorsed drivers license
At times you will be working under pressure and will need to prioritise and complete work in a timely manner and to a satisfactory outcome whilst meeting an array of, at times, conflicting demands.
This role is 0.9 FTE, 72 hours per fortnight and will require travel within the Hawke’s Bay region.
