  • Briscoe Group is an Iconic NZ company, which encompasses Briscoes, Rebel Sport and Living and Giving. With stores nationwide, Briscoe Group is well known throughout the country for supplying quality and competitively priced Homeware and sporting goods to the New Zealand market.

    Based in the Briscoes, Rotorua store, the Assistant Retail Manager (ARM) is the 2IC Manager of the store. However from time to time your talents may be required in another equally successful store in the profit centre.

    To be successful in this role you will need the following :

  • Prior experience managing staff within the retail environment.
  • A team attitude’
  • An understanding of the importance of health and safety
  • Ability and passion for coaching and developing people.
  • EXCEPTIONAL customer service and communication skills.
  • Understanding of what it means to be flexible in a retail environment.
  • Sales focus and understanding of what drives bottom line results.
  • Exceptional coach of sales and service staff.
  • Ability to work one day in a weekend.
