The Role

  • Reporting to the Chief Executive, in this new role you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy;
  • promote brand consistency and awareness, driving customer centric presales support, and overall market growth. You will lead the Marketing Communications and Product Champion teams, by coaching, guiding and mentoring the Team Leads to create success within their teams.

    You will work seamlessly across the company, ensuring cross functional communication with all areas of the business; sharing market and product information and providing strategic marketing thinking.

    You will also provide a range of customer and marketing solutions designed to attract new clients, grow sales, launching commercialised products and develop the reputation and brand of More4Apps, through sound and innovative marketing practices.

    Your Requirements

    Tertiary qualified in marketing or a related field such as IT or business, you are known for your engaging and energetic manner.

    A significant successful career in marketing with ideally some exposure to marketing in an IT environment, will stand you in good stead in this role.

    In addition to being commercially astute, you will have highly developed analytical and creative skills and possess a natural ability to communicate cross-

    functionally with internal and external partners. Your attention to detail, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills are second to none.

    An ability to identify product and market opportunities and translating these into tangible action plans will be critical.

    In addition, you will be a proven people manager, who thrives of growing and developing your team. This role is responsible for a budget so good financial understanding is critical.

    Success is this role will be seen as a very strong alignment to the company’s values which underpin the way they work.
